The Gospel of Life Disciples are a Catholic ecclesial family of consecrated and lay persons committed to Jesus as our Way, Truth, and Life. We seek holiness in daily life and strive to live the Gospel, according to the spirit of St. Francis, in a spirituality of communion. We live the corporal and spiritual works of mercy by accompanying frail elders with life-affirming care, free of charge for the glory of God and the salvation of souls. All Gospel of Life Dwellings are under the patronage of Our Lady of Guadalupe and St. John Paul II.

This report was put out by the National Council on Disability. Assisted suicide is dangerous for many reasons -- it devalues the lives of those who have varying degrees of mental and physical disability and it is often used on those who cannot afford the highest quality of healthcare.
