The Office of Marriage & Family Life Ministry exists to provide support for families through various programs and to serve as a resource for parishes engaging in the building up and the fostering of the Catholic family.
The Office offers and supports marriage preparation and enrichment, and also ministers to the bereaved, to the divorced or separated, and to marriages in crisis. It coordinates instruction in Natural Family Planning, and is involved in various works promoting pro-life causes such as the annual Sanctity of Life Mass and Rachel's Vineyard retreats.
In essence, the Office of Marriage & Family Life Ministry seeks to enhance the Church's vital role in the promotion and protection of families--in a culture that is increasingly hostile to them.
The first Friday SACRED HEART MASS will take place at the Catholic Pastoral Center, Oklahoma City on Friday, March 3, 2018.
Retrouvaille helps spouses uncover or re-awaken the love, trust and commitment that originally brought them together. The program is highly successful in saving hurting marriages, even bringing reconciliation to couples who have already separated or divorced. The next weekend program is February 23-25, 2018 at the Catholic Pastoral Center, 7501 N.W. Expressway, OKC.
