The Office of Family Life exists to provide support for families through various programs and to serve as a resource for parishes engaging in the building up and the fostering of the Catholic family.
The Office of Family Life offers marriage preparation and enrichment, ministry to the bereaved, to the divorced and separated, to marriages in crisis, and gives instruction in natural family planning. It is involved as well in various works promoting pro-life causes such as Project Gabriel and Rachel's Vineyard.
In essence, the Office of Family Life seeks to enhance the Church's vital role in the promotion of family in a culture that is increasingly hostile.
The SACRED HEART MASS will take place at Immaculate Conception Church, 3901 S.W. 29th St. Oklahoma City on Friday, June 5th, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. with confessions before the Mass.

SUBSTANCE ADDICTION MINISTRY
The National Catholic Council on Addiction is an organization that promotes hope, healing and reconciliation to those suffering from the disease of addiction and the impact of addiction on the family, society and the Church. The council has established a Substance Addiction Ministry, or (SAM). Addiction is a spiritual illness that disconnects a person from self, loved ones, and God. SAM's goal is to help these individuals re-connect. SAM will provide education about addictive disease, increase awareness of the pain in people's lives, and refer those in need to places where help can be found. Support, acceptance, understanding, and healing will be extended to those touched by addiction. Training for SAM team members will take place on Saturday, July 11th, 2015 from 9:00am to 3:00 pm at the Catholic Pastoral Center, 7501 N.W. Expressway, OKC.
