Bishop Francis Clement Kelley was the second Bishop of the Diocese of Oklahoma. He was a well known speaker and writer and was the founder of the Catholic Extension Society of the United States. Bishop Kelley is the focus of the Heritage Room in the Catholic Pastoral Center this year. The exhibit will be open until March 1, 2013.
